We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with your receipt or order number.

How to start a return

Email us at andrewgoodner@yahoo.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

We can't accept returns on opened food or pet treats, personal care items, digital downloads, sale items, or gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at andrewgoodner@yahoo.com.
